高速、高刚性主轴单元与伺服主轴电机相结合;X / Y / Z 采用高扭矩伺服电机。X / Y / Z 采用台湾高精密高强度滚珠丝杠,配以滚珠丝杠专用对轴承和高精密入口锁。
