7.安装和验收
- 机床到达甲方现场后，甲方应负责机床的基础、卸载、吊装、开启和定位。2.机床到达甲方现场后，甲方应在 10 天内完成竣工验收。因甲方原因未能在现场停留的 在 10 天内完成最终验收的，视为通过最终验收，机床自动进入质保期。3.验收内容：按乙方提供的合格证规定的精度进行，由制造厂重复检测使用，不进行检测仪器和计量器具项目的检测。4.机床附件如冷却液、冷却油、切削液、导轨油、润滑油脂等由甲方自 行采购提供。
8.其他
- 未尽事宜由双方通过友好协商解决。
- 本协议作为合同的附件，经双方签字或盖章后与销售合同同时生效。
- 本协议一式两份，双方各持一份，两份协议具有同等法律效力。
