The overall frame of JW-M1380 is made of high-strength cast iron and undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, just like building a “solid defense line” for the equipment, which can resist deformation during long-term heavy-load processing. The fit between the cross-shaped saddle worktable and the guide rail has been precisely ground, with the clearance controlled at the micrometer level. Even during large stroke movements of 1300mm in the X direction and 800mm in the Y direction, it can maintain smooth operation and avoid affecting the processing accuracy due to shaking.
The 1500×800mm workbench can carry a weight of 1000kg. Even when dealing with large molds, heavy mechanical parts and other “big” workpieces, it remains as stable as a mountain. This stability enables operators to avoid frequently adjusting the position of the workpiece, significantly reducing processing deviations caused by uneven load-bearing.
2.Stable operation: Power output does not “fail”
As the “heart” of the equipment, the main shaft of the JW-m1380 is equipped with an 18.5kw high-power motor and adopts synchronous toothed belt drive, avoiding the shock and vibration of traditional gear transmission.
The feed system also demonstrates the characteristic of “stability”. At a rapid moving speed of 15,000 mm/min, it starts and stops smoothly without any jolts. When feeding at low speed, the speed fluctuation does not exceed ±2%. Even when processing complex curved surfaces, the tool path can precisely meet the requirements of the drawing, ensuring that every cut is “stable, accurate and powerful”.
4.Scene Stability: The “Reassuring Pill” in Complex Working conditions
In the mold manufacturing workshop, when processing large cavities, JW-m1380 operates continuously for 36 hours without interruption, and the dimensional consistency of the final products reaches 99.8%. In heavy machinery factories, it can complete deep hole boring in one go with its stable cutting force.
