JW-U640 is a high-performance five-axis linkage machining center, with gantry structure, specially designed for 3C digital products, small and medium-sized impellers, precision molds and other industries.   1. High rigidity fuselage design

Materials & Handling:

The body is cast in high-quality cast iron, and the mechanical properties are optimized by finite element analysis (FEA).

The gantry frame is reinforced and fully annealed to reduce residual stress and ensure long-term stability.

Protective design:

The three axes are equipped with stainless steel coated corrugated protective cover to prevent metal chip damage and prolong the life of the guide rail.

The inclined chip punching design of the workbench and the unilateral rear chip removal port are convenient for centralized cleaning.

  1. Precision transmission system

Five-axis drive:

Shenzhen Lanlan torque motor cradle five-axis system, support A-axis (± 120° swing) and C-axis (n×360° rotation), direct drive without backlash, large torque (A-axis maximum 1540Nm, C-axis 685Nm).

Linear moving parts:

The X/Y/Z axis adopts Taiwan brand (PMI/HIWIN) ball screw (diameter 40mm, lead 10mm) and linear guide rail (45 series), tail end preload structure, standard Heidenhain grating ruler, positioning accuracy ± 0.005mm, repeatability positioning accuracy ±0.003mm.

The fast traverse speed is 18 m/min, and the motor power is 5.9 kW (Z-axis with brake).

  1. High-speed spindle system

Spindle configuration:

15,000rpm BBT40 high-speed milling spindle, direct drive design, rated power 11/15kW, torque 35.8Nm (S1 mode).

High-precision bearings and optimized shafting layout, combined with internal circulating cooling channel + external water cooling system, effectively control the temperature rise and ensure the dimensional stability of processing.

  1. Intelligent control and assistance systems

Numerical Control System:

Taiwan’s new generation Syntec 220MA-5 control system, support 5-axis linkage and 4-axis semi-machining, 15-inch color display.

Tool magazine and tool change:

Taiwan Desu 24 knife arm tool magazine, tool change time 2 seconds (knife to tool), maximum tool length 250mm, weight 8kg.

Lubrication & Cooling:

The fully automatic lubrication system protects the lead screw and guide.

A high-power water pump for tool/workpiece cooling and efficient chip punching is equipped with a double spiral chain chip conveyor as standard.
