The manufacturing process of JW-U400S five-axis machine tool reflects the combination of high precision, high stability and advanced technology, which can be expressed from the following aspects:

1.Structural design and materials

  1. The vertical structure design optimizes the mechanical properties of the fuselage through finite element analysis to ensure high rigidity and low deformation.

2.Critical moving parts

  1. 3.Spindle system

  1. Equipped with a 15,000rpm high-speed milling spindle, using high-precision bearings and optimized shafting layout, it has both high rigidity and large load capacity.
  2. The spindle has a built-in circulating cooling channel, which is equipped with an external water cooler to quickly dissipate heat to maintain a low-temperature thermal equilibrium state, prolong the life and ensure the stability of processing.

4.Tool magazine and tool change system

The 24 tool arm tool magazine of Taiwan brand has a tool change time of only 2 seconds, and supports a maximum tool length of 200mm and a weight of 8kg, which is suitable for efficient multi-process processing.

5.Lubrication and protection

  1. Taiwan brand centralized lubrication system to ensure long-term lubrication of moving parts such as guide rails and lead screws.
  2. The three axes are equipped with high-quality protective covers, and the table top is made of stainless steel scale plates to prevent iron chip damage and improve durability.

6.Numerical control system

Equipped with LYNUK N5E control system, it supports 15-inch color operation screen, realizes five-axis linkage and four-axis semi-machining, and has high response speed and complex trajectory processing capabilities.

7.Manufacturing & Assembly Processes

  1. Key components such as lead screw bearings (FAG/SKF, Germany) and precision lock nuts (Yintai Taiwan) are selected from internationally renowned brands to ensure reliability.
  2. After assembly, the whole machine undergoes strict accuracy testing, including the positioning accuracy of each axis, repeated positioning accuracy and thermal stability test.

8.Environmental adaptability

  1. The fuselage is designed with centralized chip removal and dual water pump cooling system to optimize the working environment.
  2. The degree of protection meets the requirements of industrial environments, such as dustproof and corrosive gases, and it is recommended to operate at a constant temperature (5-40°C) to maintain accuracy.
