1. Main features of machine tools

8. The standard spindle speed is 8,000 rpm. The standard unit adopts a high-horsepower spindle motor. The main shaft is connected to the motor belt, which greatly reduces the transmission noise and heat generation. The spindle adopts the G-TECH GT-5052A dynamic balance correction equipment, which directly corrects the dynamic balance of the spindle online to avoid resonance during high-speed operation of the spindle and ensure the best processing accuracy. Belt-driven 10,000 RPM and straight-through 12,000 RPM spindles are used for high-speed cutting (optional).

9. It adopts a four-petal claw broach with high strength and high toughness, featuring a large contact surface, strong grasping force, low wear of the handle pull pin, and a long service life.

10. The electrical box adopts a rear-hanging design, which saves space and makes the most of the limited space.
